NOTICE OF ANNUAL ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING FOR THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE RANDALL RESIDENCE NEW COMMUNITY AUTHORITY CITY OF CENTERVILLE, OHIO The Board of Trustees (the "Board") of the Randall Residence New Community Authority (the "Authority") will hold its annual meeting on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Centerville City Hall at 100 West Spring Valley Pike, Centerville, Ohio 45458. The purposes of the meeting are to: (i) conduct the annual organizational meeting of the Board; (ii) consider a virtual meeting policy; (iii) authorize insurance coverage for the Board and the Authority; (iv) adopt a budget for 2026 for the Board and the Authority; (v) consider the levying of community development charges; and (vi) consider or act upon any other business as may properly come before the Board. 12-7/2025
