Public Notice Advertised on April 6, 2026 and April 13, 2026 Sealed bids will be received by the Tecumseh Local Schools Board of Education as provided in this notice for the Medway Elementary Boiler Replacement Project. Questions may be directed to and electronic copies of the Contract Documents, which include additional details, are on file and available by contacting Jon Coyle at jcoyle@stanengineers.com. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Tecumseh Local Schools Board of Education, ATTN: Denise Robinson, Fiscal Officer, 9760 West National Road, New Carlisle, Ohio 45344, and plainly marked on the outside "MEDWAY ELEMENTARY BOILER REPLACEMENT PROJECT BID." Bids will be received until 2:00 P.M., local time, April 20, 2026, and immediately after the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on April 10, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. at Medway Elementary School located at 116 Middle Street, Medway, Ohio 45341. Please gather near the loading dock area. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates do not apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility. 4-6, 4-20/2026
