Public Notice The Madison Township Board of Trustees adopted Resolution No. 2025-09 to petition to vacate a portion of Aljen Road, finding that the subject portion of Aljen Road has ceased to be used as a necessary public road and that the public convenience and welfare will be served by its vacation. The Board of County Commissioners Butler County, Ohio will hold a public hearing pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 5553.045 to consider the petition of the Madison Township Board of Trustees to vacate a portion of Aljen Road. This public hearing will take place Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. in the Commissioner Chambers at the Butler County Government Services Center, 315 High Street, 2nd Floor, Hamilton, Ohio 45011. 11-26/2025
