The Board of Education of the Springfield-Clark Career Technical Center is seeking sealed bids for its site clearing project, including Site demolition, including but not limited to, removal of all trees, brush, shrubs, stumps, etc. EXCEPT for trees identified by Owner to remain and any trees and brush within the Wetlands area. The Board's estimated cost of the work for the Project is $440,000. Bids shall be opened publicly on the due date, January 29, 2026, at noon local time at the Board office located at 1901 Selma Rd. Springfield, OH 45505.
