The "Volunteers" / "Owners" conducted a voluntary action of the approximately 4.431 acre-Property, which is located at 501-504 Euclid Avenue and 1029 South Plum Street, Springfield, Clark County, Ohio. A no further action letter for the Property was submitted on February 6, 2025, to the Voluntary Action Program of the Ohio EPA Division of Environmental Response and Revitalization by Cory Schoonover, a Certified Professional as defined in ORC 3746.01(F) and OAC 3745-300-01(A). 12-14/2025
