The Volunteer conducted a voluntary action of the approximately 23.642 acre-Property, which is located at Sutton Drive, South Lebanon, Warren County, Ohio. A no further action letter was issued for the Property on December 11, 2024, and was submitted on January 16, 2025, to the Voluntary Action Program of the Ohio EPA Division of Environmental Response and Revitalization by Eric Wilburn, a Certified Professional as defined in ORC 3746.01(F) and OAC 3745-300-01(A). 12-21/2025
