Public hearing will be held on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at 6:30 PM at the Village Government Building, Gym- 79 West Main Street, Harveysburg, OH 45032. The Village of Harveysburg Board of Zoning Appeals will consider a conditional use permit and variance request from Paul Chris Enright for property at 172 Maple Street (Parcel ID 1017435012), zoned B1/B2. The request seeks approval to expand a commercial parking lot associated with Enright Plumbing's existing business, built in 2014 & to continue the gravel parking area to within 17 feet of the rear residential property line instead of the 50 feet required by Sections 408 and 930.1 of the local zoning ordinances. 12-7/2025
