BRANNON, JUDGE IN THE MATTER OF THE ADOPTION OF: AYDEN CHRISTOPHER MOORE CASE NO. 2023ADP00041 NOTICE OF ADOPTION Amanda Raye King, whose last known address was 1790 Deercreek Drive, #9, Xenia, Ohio 45385 and whose current place of residence and whereabouts are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on April 24, 2023, Paige Suzanne Moore, Step-Mother, filed her Petition for Adoption of Ayden Christopher Moore, Case No. 2023ADP00041, in the Probate Court, Montgomery County, Ohio, praying that she be permitted by order of the court, to adopt, as her own child, the child Ayden Christopher Moore, a minor born at Marion, Ohio, and that the name of the child be changed to Ayden Christopher Moore, alleging among other things in said Petition that Amanda Raye King, the natural mother, has failed without justifiable cause, to provide more than de minimis contact with the minor or to provide for the maintenance and support of the minor as required by law or judicial decree for a period of at least one (1) year preceding the filing of the Adoption Petition. "A final decree of adoption, if granted will relieve you of all parental rights and responsibilities, including the right to contact the minor, and except with respect to a spouse of the adoption petitioner and relatives of that spouse, terminate all legal relationships between the minor's former relatives for all purposes. If you wish to contest the adoption, you must also appear at the hearing." A final decree of adoption may be entered if you fail to file an objection to the adoption petition or appear at the hearing. You have a right to have counsel represent you at the hearing on your Objection to the Adoption Petition.
