DOB: 2/9/2010 Juvenile Abuse Neglect No. CC-03-2022-JA-33 Adult Repondents: Kevin Burch ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of this proceeding is to determine whether or not the above listed child is abused or neglected. It appears that Kevin Burch's whereabouts, are unknown. Notice is hereby given that an adjudicatory and dispositional hearing in the above styled matter will take place in the Circuit Court of Boone County on the 14th day of November, 2022, at 11:00 AM, before Judge Stacy Nowicki-Eldridge at the Boone County Courthouse, located at 200 State Street in Madison, West Virginia. These proceedings are closed to the general public. Kevin Burch, puntative father of S.B. (DOB 2/9/2010), has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford leal representation, cousel will be apointed by the Court on the filing of the proper affidavit. (The Mother of the juvenile respondent is Christina Camelin) The above styled proceedings may, upon final disposition, result in the permanent termination of parental rights of Kevin Burch, putative father of S.B. (DOB 2/9/2010), with respect to the said child.
