NOTICE OF FORFEITURE OF CONTRABAND AND/OR ABANDONED PROPERTY The following law enforcement agencies have in their possession the listed property which is sought to be forfeited through civil forfeiture proceedings filed or to be filed in the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court. Said property was either seized as contraband or is abandoned property that has gone unclaimed for a long period of time. RANGE, 2015 Dodge Ram Pickup, VIN#1C6RR7MT7FS534661, seized 9/21/2018 at 5980 Timbergate Trail, Huber Heights, Oh from Eugene Johnson and/or Mintha Owens. UNIVERSITY OF DAYTON PD U.S. Currency, Smtih & Wesson, s/n TZC8744 with 11 rounds of PMC 40, seized 7-7-18 at Kiefaber St. at Brown St. from Dorian Jones-Person. WEST CARROLLTON PD US Currency seized 6/28/18 at 125 Byers Rd. Miamisburg, Ohio from Jesse J. Gonzalez. US Currency, 2005 VMW 3251, VIN#WBAEU334X5PR16965 seized 5/2/2018 at Hidden Landing/Indian Tr. West Carrollton, Ohio from Jeffrey E. Gallagher and Jeffrey Anderson and Anthony Hughes.
