Legal Notice Request for Proposal (RFP) Marketing of The Greene Regional Business Park The Greene County Community Improvement Corporation (CIC) is seeking proposals for the marketing of the remaining 140+ acres located in the Greene Regional Business Park just south of Xenia between SR 380 and Union Road. The CIC Board of Directors has authorized the issuance of this RFP with a projected selection timetable as follows: Proposal Submission Deadline: June 10, 2022 CIC Review Completion: July 12, 2022 CIC Vote to Award Contract: July 21, 2022 We will expect marketing of the property to begin immediately following the signing of the Listing Contract. We expect to sign a 12-month listing contract, with optional renewal. Please note that your proposal will not be required to adhere to RFP guidelines that are typically required for sales services related to county-owned property pursuant to ORC Section 307.8.
