NOTICE FOR REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Washington Township, Montgomery County, Ohio (the "Township") hereby requests Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from qualified firms interested in providing professional architectural design services to the Township for the renovation of Fire Station 45. For more information or to obtain a copy of the Request for Qualifications, contact Scott Kujawa, Fire Chief at the Washington Township Fire Department at 8320 McEwen Road, Dayton, OH 45458 or by email at scott.kujawa@washingtontwp.org. The Request for Qualifications may also be downloaded from the Township's website at www.washingtontwp.org. Firms interested in a contract for architectural design services must deliver their SOQ to the address above no later than 4:00 pm on October 21, 2019. SOQs received after this date will not be considered. As required by O.R.C. §153.65, et seq., responding firms will be evaluated and ranked in the order of their qualifications. All SOQs submitted will become a public record in accordance with O.R.C. §149.43, and the property of the Township. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any SOQ, waive any informalities or irregularities in any SOQ received and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the qualification of any respondent. 10-13/2019
