Notice to Bidders on Behalf of the Miami

NOTICE TO BIDDERS On behalf of the Miami County Communications Center, the Board of Miami County Commissioners (the "Board") is seeking sealed bids for the purchase of 256 G4 Single Band P25 Voice Pagers, available in,700-800MHz and supporting P25 Conventional and P25 Trunking (Phase I & II), including programming and along with accessories including 2800MAh Battery, Antenna, Charging/Programming Cable with Power Adapter, and 2-Year Manufacturer's Warranty or comparable voice pagers meeting such specification. Each bid must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the bid and all persons interested therein as well as the total price. Bids shall be submitted on the forms furnished by the Board and must be enclosed in sealed, opaque envelopes endorsed by the Bidder and marked "Bid For 256 G4 P25 Voice Activated Pagers". Sealed bids shall be received Board offices located in the Miami County Safety Building, 201 West Main Street, Troy, Ohio 45373 until 9:05 a.m. local time, on July 5, 2022. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 9:05 a.m. local time and date by the Clerk of the Board of Miami County Commissioners. All pagers must be delivered to, and received by, the Miami County Communications Center located at 210 Marybill Drive, Troy, Ohio 45373 no later than August 5, 2022. Bid documents may be obtained from the Miami County Communications Center offices located at 210 Marybill Drive, Troy, Ohio 45373 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. thru 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday and/or via download from the Board's website with address of MiamiCountyOhio.gov. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any time within 60 days following the date established for the receipt of bids and to determine which bid is, in the sole judgment of the Board, the lowest and best pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code.
