Pursuant to Orc 6119.10, Southwest Regional Water District

Pursuant to ORC 6119.10, Southwest Regional Water District ("SWRWD"), a political subdivision of the State of Ohio, will receive sealed bids at 3640 Old Oxford Rd, Hamilton, Ohio, 45013, until 10:30 am local time on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, for the project known as SECURING A SOURCE OF ELECTRIC SUPPLY FOR SOUTHWEST REGIONAL WATER DISTRICT #ELEC-2023, and then publicly opened and read aloud. The project is described as follows: SWRWD is a public supplier of potable water to approximately 16,000 customers located primarily in the western portions of Butler County, Ohio. The District operates an administrative office, two water production facilities and numerous water storage and pumping facilities as a part of its water distribution system. The District's contract for its electric generation supply (approximately 2,700,000 kWh annually) for the District's approximately twenty-eight (28) facilities which are connected to the electrical distribution system operated by Duke Energy Ohio is nearing expiration. SWRWD is accepting sealed bids for Electric Generation Supply service to be provided for those facilities. 12-1, 12-8/2022
