REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) SPECIAL NEEDS PUPIL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES The Talawanda School District Board of Education is requesting proposals for the provision of special needs pupil transportation services which includes the provision of necessary vans, maintenance, insurance, routing, parent contact, transportation management, drivers, attendants, mechanics, etc. If you are interested in being considered as a contractor that may provide these services, you may obtain the complete specifications at the Office of the Treasurer, 131 W.
