West Chester Township (the "Township") invites proposals from Vendors with expertise and experience in Strategic Planning. West Chester Township intends to select a single provider to accomplish all the initiatives outlined in this request. Proposers shall submit two (2) complete copies of their proposal and a portable hard drive containing a Portable Document File (PDF) proposal. Proposals must be in a sealed envelope bearing the caption "West Chester Township Strategic Plan RFP." Proposals shall be submitted to: West Chester Township Administration Attn: Jenna Whittaker 9113 Cincinnati-Dayton Rd. West Chester, Ohio 45069 Proposals may also be submitted in person or by mail, but they must be received by 4:00 PM on Friday, May 17, 2024. Late proposals will not be considered. The Township assumes no responsibility for delays caused by delivery service. Postmarking by the due date will not substitute for actual receipt. No proposals will be entertained unless submitted in accordance with the requirements outlined in the RFP. West Chester Township reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities and to award contracts to the bidder they deem most capable of meeting the requirements contained in the RFP.
