CITY OF FAIRFIELD LEGISLATION SUMMARY NO. 12-2020 Following is a summary of legislation adopted by the Fairfield City Council on June 25, 2020. Ord. 45-20 Community reinvestment area agreement with AOZI-Fairfield Office, LLC for the building site, a compensation agreement with the Fairfield City School District and AOZI-Fairfield Office, LLC for the building site, a community reinvestment area agreement with AOZI-Fairfield Land, LLC for the land site and a compensation agreement with the Fairfield City School District and AOZI-Land, LLC for the land site and declaring an emergency. Ord. 46-20 Contract with Century Equipment for the purchase of a Toro Multi Pro 5800-G Sprayer and declaring an emergency. Ord. 47-20 Agreement with CBTS for the purchase of desktop computers and declaring an emergency. Ord. 48-20 Budget Reduction Ord. 49-20 Supplemental Appropriations Ord. 50-20 Contractual Appropriations: $15,150 for utility work at Homeward Way sewer lift station (existing contract); $67,000 for purchase of desktop computers; $56,662 for chemical sprayer equipment at the golf course Ord. 51-20 Non-Contractual Appropriations: $13,995 for concrete crack sealing at Water Treatment Plant; $40,000 for Gilbert Farms Park Play Structure; $31,000 for purchase of NAS devices and VoIP phones; $35,000 for purchase of Police cruiser MDTs, display monitors, primary file server replacement and email server replacement. Res. 7-20 Approve and adopt the City of Fairfield, Ohio 2020-2024 Capital Improvement Program. Res. 8-20 Request the City of Fairfield's share of CARES Act funds and affirming that all CARES Act funds received from the County Coronavirus Relief Distribution Fund shall be expended only to cover costs of the City of Fairfield which are consistent with the CARES Act and declaring an emergency.
