CITY OF FAIRFIELD LEGISLATION SUMMARY NO. 5-2020 Following is a summary of legislation adopted by the Fairfield City Council on March 9, 2020. A complete text may be viewed at the following Fairfield locations: Fairfield Municipal Building (Room 138), Fairfield Lane Public Library, Fairfield YMCA, Fairfield Community Arts Center, and the Wildwood Manor House. Res. 4-20 Accept the One Ohio Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) regarding the opiate litigation. Res. 5-20 Fairfield Township property owner at 8200 Seward Road to receive City of Fairfield, Ohio water and sewer service and declaring an emergency. Ord. 15-20 Execute an amendment to the contract with LJB, Inc. for the engineering of the Route 4, Michael Lane & Camelot Drive Intersection Improvements and declaring an emergency. Ord. 16-20 Contract with A&A Safety of Amelia, Ohio for the 2020 Pavement Marking Application Program. Ord. 17-20 Appropriation Ordinance (Contractual Items) $34,962 for additional right of way acquisition services; $785,000 for 2020 Concrete Repair and Replacement Program (existing contract); $18,500 for Carbon Dioxide System at Water Plant (existing contract); $115,000 for 2020 Pavement Marking Application Program. Ord. 18-20 Appropriation Ordinance (Non-Contractual Items) $36,232 for purchase of Ford F-150 (Water/Sewer); $25,000 for Sanitary Sewer Flow Modeling. 3-13/2020
