LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on June 21, 2022, the City Commission of Springfield, Ohio, passed the following legislation: Ordinance No. 22-203, Amending the Zoning Map of Springfield, Ohio by rezoning 0.072 acre at 120 East Southern Avenue, Springfield, Ohio from RS-8, Medium-Density, Single-Family Residence District to CN-2, Neighborhood Commercial District. Emergency Ordinance No. 22-206, Amending the Zoning Map of Springfield, Ohio by rezoning 378.2 acres located along East National Road, Springfield, Ohio to PD, Planned Development District; and declaring an emergency therein. Emergency Ordinance No. 22-210, Providing for the issuance of Notes in the maximum principal amount of $86,000, in anticipation of the issuance of Bonds, for the purpose of paying the costs of improving the municipal sewer system, including replacing sanitary sewer lines, together with all necessary appurtenances thereto; and declaring an emergency therein. Emergency Ordinance No. 22-211, Providing for the issuance of Notes in the maximum principal amount of $207,000, in anticipation of the issuance of Bonds, for the purpose of paying the costs of improving the municipal water system, including replacing water lines, together with all necessary appurtenances thereto; and declaring an emergency therein.
