LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on April 23, 2024, the City Commission of Springfield, Ohio, passed the following legislation: Ordinance No. 24-114, Amending the Zoning Map of Springfield, Ohio by rezoning approximately 0.70 acre at 1401-1411 Selma Road, Springfield, Ohio from RS-5, Low Density Single-Family Residence District to CN-2, Neighborhood Commercial District. Resolution No. 6232, Declaring it necessary to require the construction or reconstruction of curbs, gutters and sidewalks at the points identified as Section No. 1 of Streets and Section No. 2 of Streets of the 2024 Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter Program, Phase 1. Copies of the foregoing legislation are on file in City Hall at the Office of the Clerk of the City Commission, 76 East High Street, Springfield, Ohio, and are available for public inspection.
