LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on April 23, 2024, the City Commission of Springfield, Ohio, passed the following legislation: Ordinance No. 24-116, Levying special assessments for the improvement of streets by the construction of sidewalks, curbs and gutters in the 2023 Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter Program. Copies of the foregoing legislation are on file in City Hall at the Office of the Clerk of the City Commission, 76 East High Street, Springfield, Ohio, and are available for public inspection.
