Notice is hereby given that on 6/6/22 Council of the City of New Carlisle held a Regular Meeting where the following was: Passed: Ordinance 2022-24E AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS OF OVER TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($20,000.00) FOR THE REPAIR OF THE WASTEWATER DEPARTMENT'S 1998 INTERNATIONAL VAC/SEWER JET COMBINATION TRUCK, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY Introduced: Ordinance 2022-21 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 2021-36 THAT ESTABLISHED A SCHEDULE OF FINES AND COSTS, AND A BAIL BOND SCHEDULE FOR THE CITY'S MAYOR'S COURT Ordinance 2022-22 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS OF OVER TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($20,000) FOR AN EXPANDED TRAFFIC STUDY Ordinance 2022-23 AN ORDINANCE SUPPLEMENTING CERTAIN APPROPRIATIONS CONTAINED IN NEW CARLISLE CITY ORDINANCE 2021-44 Copies of all legislation can be found at the City Building 331 S.Church St. upon request between the hours of 7am-4pm.
