Notice of 30-Day Comment Period on Revised Draft

NOTICE OF 30-DAY COMMENT PERIOD on Revised Draft FY 2024-25 CDBG Annual Action Plan and Citizen Participation Plan. The Development Services Department invites the public to comment on the proposed revised Annual Action Plan. On May 7, 2024 the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced allocations for formula grantees. The Allocation awarded to the City of Middletown by HUD in the amount of $615,629 is substantially less than the City anticipated and published in its initial draft AAP. In addition the City has revised its Citizen Participation Plan (CPP) for submission to HUD. Copies of the revised draft plan and the CPP will be available for thirty (30) days beginning May 15, 2024 through June 14, 2024 on the City's website and in the Development Services Department, Third Floor, One Donham Plaza, Middletown OH. Comments on the proposed plan and the CPP will be received in writing via email to devraw@cityofmiddletown.org or may be remitted to Development Services, Attn: Annual Action Plan/CPP Comments, One Donham Plaza, Middletown OH 45042. All comments will be considered prior to the final submission of the plans to HUD. 5-14/2024
