Notice of Application to Establish a Branch of a State Member Bank The Twin Valley Bank, 2 E. Dayton St., West Alexandria, OH 45381 intends to apply to the Federal Reserve Board for permission to establish a branch at 641 W. Main St., New Lebanon, OH 45345. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the application including the record of performance of applicant banks in helping to meet local credit needs. You are invited to submit comments in writing on this application to the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, 1455 East Sixth Street, Cleveland, OH 44114. The comment period will not end before May 2, 2019. The Board's procedures for processing applications may be found at 12 C.F.R. Part 262. Procedures for processing protested applications may be found at 12 C.F.R. 262.25. Dayton St., West Alexandria, OH 45381 has also filed a notice of proposed banking office with Superintendent Allard of the Ohio Division of Financial Institutions, 77 South High Street, Columbus, OH 43215-6120 seeking permission to establish a banking office. The location of the proposed banking office will be 641 W. Main St., New Lebanon, OH 45345 in the county of Montgomery.
