Notice of Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal Federal Fiscal Year 2024-2025-2026 Warren County hereby announces the continuation of a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program (DBE) goal of 10% for programs funded and authorized by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) for the Fiscal Year 2024 through 2026, October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2026. The FY 2024, 2025, and 2026 goal and information regarding our DBE Program are available for public review at the address below between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
