Notice of Meeting February 16, 2023 Harrison Township Zoning Commission Montgomery County, Ohio The Harrison Township Zoning Commission will have a joint meeting with the Harrison Township Board of Trustees at the Harrison Township Government Center, 5945 North Dixie Drive, Dayton, Ohio 45414 on Thursday, February 16 at 7:00 P.M. The Zoning Commission and Board of Trustees will continue their discussion of the following Zoning Commission cases: ZC-04-22 (Uses Update and Zoning Use Matrix) The Zoning Commission will finish its discussion of the overhaul of the permitted and conditional uses of all zoning districts and forward their recommendation onto the Board of Trustees. ZC-06-22 (Zoning Revision Overhaul Fence & Accessory Structure Standards) The Zoning Commission will discuss changes to Articles 35 and 36 in relation to fences and accessory structure standards. Anyone interested in the proposed changes may appear at the above shown time and place to attend the meeting.
