Public Meeting Notice the City of Vandalia Planning

PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE The City of Vandalia Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. to consider a Conditional Use for the property generally located at eastern end of Northwoods Boulevard, west of Cassel Road, and north of Halifax Drive, being approximately 67 acres of land within the City of Vandalia, OH. The request is to permit a warehouse use in the Office/Industrial (O/IP) Zoning District. The request was submitted by Ambrose Property Group. This will be a Hybrid Meeting and viewable by the public on Zoom or in-person. The meeting will take place in the Council Chambers at 333 James E. Bohanan Memorial Drive. Zoom attendees may request log in information by calling the Development & Engineering Services (DES) Department at 937-898-3750. Log in information will also be available online at the day of the meeting at www.vandaliaohio.org. This meeting will contain a public hearing, if you wish to submit any documents or other evidence for the public hearing it must be received by the City no later than 5:00 p.m. on June 23, 2022. The public may request to view the application in the Development & Engineering Services (DES) Department at the City of Vandalia Municipal Building.
