The Clark County Board of Commissioners Proposed Tax Levy ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of Commissioners of The Clark County Board of Commissioners, passed on 7/22/2020, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 3rd day of November, 2020 the following question: A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Clark County for the purpose of the support of children's services and the care and placement of children at a rate not exceeding 3 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.30 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 10 years, commencing in 2021, first due in calendar year 2022. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Precincts affected: All Precincts in Clark County ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Run dates: October 23 & 30, 2020
