THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF BUTLER COUNTY GENERAL DIVISION HEREBY POSTS S I X T Y D A Y N O T I C E F O R D E S T R U C T I ON O F E X H I B I T, D E P O S I T I O N, O R T R A N S C R I P T Notice Date: April 30, 2024 This is notice that the Court of Common Pleas of Butler County is planning the destruction of evidence or exhibits, which were submitted in captioned cases which are posted in a link on the Court's web page at https://commonpleascourt.bcohio.gov/ . This notice is pursuant to the Ohio Supreme Court Rules of Superintendence Rule 26(F), as well as IR 2023 08 0326 that establishes the court records management and retention schedule. The evidence is scheduled to be destroyed sixty (60) days from the date of this notice. Our records reflect that these cases are concluded. If any party disagrees and believes that a case is still pending, under appeal, or wish to have the evidence returned, please notify the Court within sixty (60) days from the date of this notice via email to Andrea Heintzman - Manager of Court Administration andrea.heintzman@bcohio.gov.
