The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency is making available the Draft PY 2023 Drinking Water Assistance Fund (DWAF) Program Management Plan issued under authority of Ohio Revised Code 6109.22. The Draft Plan proposes how Ohio EPA will distribute funds, administer the DWAF, and prioritize projects during Program Year 2023.
