Variance to construct a deck, 24 feet from the rear property line at 2661 Unbridled Way, Morrow, OH 45152. Variance to construct a covered deck 19.4 feet from the rear property line at 7446 Chagrin Place, Maineville, OH 45039. The plans for the projects are available for review at the Administration Building Monday-Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm.
