The applicant is seeking a variance of the City's UDO Sec. 1107.09(B)(5)(a) and UDO Sec. 1107.09(B)(5)(b) to allow 'Outdoor Dining' and 'Curb Side Delivery' for their business; Old Dayton Pizza at Riverside Hideaway, located within the B-1, Neighborhood Business district.
