CITY OF RIVERSIDE PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Riverside Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at City Hall, 5200 Springfield Street, Suite 100, Riverside, Ohio 45431 on Monday, March 20, 2023 at 6:30 PM, to hear the following cases; PC Case #23-0003 - A text amendment to revise UDO Chapter 1109 Zoning Development Standards and add a section for the Water Protection Overlay. Planning Commission has authority regulated by Section 1103.15 of the City of Riverside Unified Development Ordinance.
