City of Riverside State of Ohio The second reading and public hearing of Ordinance No. 19-O-704 will be held on October 3, 2019 at the City Council meeting at the City of Riverside Administration Building, 5200 Springfield Street, Suite 100, Riverside, Ohio 45431 at 6:00 p.m. City Council will then consider adoption. Copies of the ordinance are available to the public without cost at the City of Riverside Administration Building. A summary of the proposed ordinance reads: Ordinance No. 19-O-704 declaring city property located at 2257 Hazelton Avenue to no longer be needed for municipal purposes and to be surplus and authorizing the city manager to execute documents necessary to sell said property and declaring an emergency.
