Public Hearing: Text Amendment Case #1-24: Middletown Development Code: Consideration of text amendments to the Middletown Development Code pertaining to the Chapter 1204: Zoning Districts and Use Regulations Table 1204-3, Chapter 1230 Definitions, and Chapter 1210 Architectural Standards. Planning Commission's recommendation will be forwarded to City Council for final review and decision. Public Hearing: Map Amendment Case #5-24: A request by applicant Pete Esposito for approval of a Map Amendment and Zone Change at 2206 Cincinnati-Dayton Road, known as Parcel ID: Q6542108000015. The property is a total of 0.895 acres. Per the City of Middletown Zoning Map and Middletown Development Code, the property is zoned R-3: Medium-Density Residential and would not permit an Automotive Service Station therefore the applicant is proposing a Zone Change to B-2: Community Business District.
