LEGAL NOTICE Board of Zoning Building and Housing Appeals Miamisburg, OH 45342 Notice is hereby given that on Monday, July 8, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers in the Civic Center, 10 North First Street, Miamisburg, OH 45342, a public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning, Building and Housing Appeals for the City of Miamisburg, Ohio on an application, being Case No. BZ-08-19, a request for a variance to the requirements of sections 1289.05(e) and 1289.04(g) of the Planning and Zoning Code to allow for the construction of an inground pool on the property at 2202 E. Central Miamisburg, OH 45342 which will be secured by an automatic pool cover and a fence that is proposed to be shorter than the minimum height requirement of 4'. Section 1289.05(e) of the Planning and Zoning Code requires that pools be secured with a fence prior to being filled while Section 1289.04(g) describes the required design for such fences.
