LEGAL NOTICE STAGE 1 - MAP AMENDMENT The Deerfield Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Deerfield Township Meeting Room, 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 180, Deerfield Township, Warren County, Ohio on July 13, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the hearing will be to consider Case # 2020-282, an application for a map amendment filed by Matt Redder, (the "Applicant") pertaining to property located at 1720 King Avenue, Deerfield Township, Warren County, Ohio (Warren County Auditor's Parcel No. 16122000280). The map amendment sought by the Applicant is to rezone the property from Residential Single Family to Residential Single Family PUD. The Applicant is proposing to use the property for boutique events. The Zoning Commission will forward their recommendations to the Board of Trustees for final decision. The application will be available for examination, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Deerfield Township Planning and Zoning Department offices, 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 150, Deerfield Township, Ohio 45040, at least ten days prior to the public hearing.
