NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Centerville Planning Commission Case P-2019-0035 The Centerville Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 19, 2019, during the meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Centerville Municipal Building, 100 West Spring Valley Road, Centerville, Ohio. The Public Hearing concerns an application submitted by Larry Dillin on behalf of Dillin LLC, requesting the rezoning of 27 acres at 1023 S. Main St. (Centerville Place Shopping Center) from B-PD with CC Overlay, Business Planned Development with Community Commercial Overlay, to B-PD with CP Overlay, Business Planned Development with Centerville Place Overlay. The property is further identified as Montgomery County Parcel Numbers 068 00136 0028, 068 00136 0014, 068 00136 0013, and 068 00136 0011.
