NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Clark County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 21, 2019, beginning at 2 pm., in Conference Room 151, Springview Government Center, 3130 E. Main Street, Springfield, Ohio to hear the following: 1. Case #BZA-2019-34; Property Owners/Applicants Nicholas & Leigh Ann McCulla, who are seeking a Variance to Chapter 8, Section 802.03.02 to allow a detached accessory structure in the front yard less than 300 ft. from road right-of-way, with solar panels installed on the roof. The property in question is located at 17 Medway Dr. in Bethel Township. 2. Case #BZA-2019-35; Property Owners/Applicants Joshua & Sara Casto, who are seeking a Variance to Chapter 2, Section 201 to reduce the side setback from 25 ft. to 10 ft. to allow for a pole barn in the side yard. The property in question is located at 602 Weber Rd. in Moorefield Township.
