NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that on Monday, November 2, 2020, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Trotwood Community and Cultural Arts Center, 4000 Lake Center Drive, Trotwood, Ohio, the Trotwood City Council will hold a Public Hearing on the following Ordinance, a brief summary of which follows: "AN ORDINANCE (OR19-20) BY THE TROTWOOD CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING THE RECOMMENDATION FROM THE TROTWOOD PLANNING COMMISSION TO APPROVE A PRELIMINARY PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) PLAN APPLICATION ON APPROXIMATELY 40 ACRES OF LAND OVER THREE PARCELS, PARCEL NOS. H33 02111 0091, PART OF H33 02111 0092, AND H33 02111 0093, FOR THE FIRST PHASE OF A RECREATION/SPORT COMPLEX WITH VARIOUS SUPPLEMENTARY FUNCTIONS." A copy of the proposed Ordinance may be obtained from the office of the Clerk of Council, 3035 Olive Road, Trotwood, Ohio, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. KARA B.
