NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Springfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, December 12, 2022 at 6:00 pm at the Springfield Township Office, 2777 Springfield-Xenia Road to hear Case BZA-2022-14, Emma & Kole Beedy who are seeking a Variance from Article 29, Section 2904, A, to build an accessory structure before the principal structure at 453 Tuttle Rd; Case BZA-2022-15, James C & Rhonda K Highfield who are seeking a Variance to Article 29, Section 2904, B, to allow a detached garage in the side yard at 440 Leander Dr. and Case BZA-2022-16, Barbara G. Hart, Owner and Jose Antonio Davila, Agent, who are seeking a Variance from Article 29, Section 2904, D, to allow more than 4,800 sq. ft. in accessory structures at 619 N. Bird Rd.
