NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Springfield Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at 6 p.m. at the Springfield Township Administration Office, 2777 Springfield-Xenia Road, Springfield, OH 45506. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the request of TISA Investments LLC to rezone 2.06 acres from R-4 (Single-Family Residential) to R-6 (Multiple Family Residential District) for apartments at 732 Patrick Rd. and Jack A & Linda L Bowshier, Agent: James E. Heath, Attorney, to rezone 0.38 acres from B-2 (Community Business District) and 0.23 acres from A (Agricultural District) to R-6 (Multiple Family Residential District) for apartments at 2580 Springfield-Xenia Rd and 2598 Springfield-Xenia Rd.
