NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Wayne Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thurs. June 20, 2024, at 7:00 pm. at the Wayne Twp. Admin. Building, 6050 N. Clarksville Rd, Waynesville, OH, to consider: An application filed by Linda Hice for property located at PID# 0507176014 (adjacent to/west of 4322 St. Rt. 73) for a variance from §3.208.3(c) regarding side yard setback, and an application for conditional use/site plan to allow a landscaping service/garden center in the B-2 district.
