- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE - BEAVERCREEK TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS CASE #837 The Beavercreek Township Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) will hold a public hearing in the Community Room, on the lower level of the Beavercreek Township Fire Station #61, located at 2195 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45434 on Wednesday, August 21, 2019, scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is so the BZA may review and act on an application for a Home Occupation - Conditional Use Permit from Brian Sizemore, of 2162 Bandit Trail. The applicant wishes to transfer his current Federal Firearms License (FFL) to his new address in Beavercreek Township. The FFL would permit the applicant to act as an agent in the transfer of ownership of firearms. The Greene County property I.D. number is B03000200320027100 and is located in the unincorporated area of Beavercreek Township. This notice was prepared and processed for publication by Planning & Zoning Administrator Edwin D. Amrhein, in accordance with state requirements. The BZA action is the final determination on the request, unless otherwise overturned by the Court of Common Pleas.
