- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE - BEAVERCREEK TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS CASE #875 The Beavercreek Township Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) will hold a public hearing in the Community Room on the lower level of the Beavercreek Township Fire Station #61, located at 2195 DaytonXenia Rd., on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is so the BZA may review and act on a request made by property owner Todd Warren to construct a second accessory structure which will bring the total floor area of accessory structures on the property to more than 50% of the footprint of the main building, which is in excess of what is allowed for such structures as articulated in the Beavercreek Township Zoning Resolution, Article 18.05. The property is located at 1559 Fairground Rd. in the unincorporated area of Beavercreek Township. The Greene County Parcel I.D. number is B03000200370006600. This notice was processed for publication by Zoning Inspector Laurie Brown in accordance with state requirements. The BZA can approve the application as submitted, approve the application with conditions, or deny the application. The BZA action is the final determination on the request, unless otherwise appealed to the Court of Common Pleas.
