Simpson described in the Motion for Declaratory Judgement to Apply the Slayer Statute, ORC 2105.19, to the Estate of Ora L. Simpson and Complaint for Determination of Heirship thereto ("Defendants"), whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on June 13, 2022, the Plaintiff, Carolyn L. Mueller, Administrator of the Estate of Ora L. Simpson, filed its Complaint in Case Number 2022CV0312, in the Court of Common Pleas of Greene County, Ohio, 45 East Detroit Street, Xenia, Ohio 45385, seeking to determine the heirs at law of Ora L. Simpson and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in the probate estate. The Defendants are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which is August 22, 2022.
