CITY OF HAMILTON, BUTLER COUNTY, OHIO On Sept. 21, 2022, the External Services Director of the City of Hamilton, Butler County, Ohio, declared the following property located in the City of Hamilton, Butler County, Ohio to be public nuisance pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 505.87: 3880 Pleasant Ave., Hamilton Oh 45015REAR STRUCTURES (Dwelling, swimming pool and garage), Parcel #P6462017000147, owner Linda L Schuler ET AL. These structures are deteriorating, dilapidated, damaged, inadequately maintained, vacant, and unsafe for occupation. These structures are an attractive nuisance to children, a harbor for vagrants, criminals or immoral persons or enables persons to use these structures for the purpose of committing unlawful or immoral acts. The determination of nuisance was made after the External Services Director received evidence of the above stated conditions at the subject properties. The External Services Director further ordered that said nuisance conditions be removed within 30 days. Accordingly, the property owner as stated above or subsequent owner of record are hereby notified that said nuisance conditions must be removed within 30 days of the date of this notice. If nuisance conditions are not removed within 30 days, or if provision for the removal is not made, the City shall provide for the removal and any expenses incurred (including a 25% Administrative fee) by the City in performing that task shall be entered upon each of the tax duplicates for the above referenced property and become a lien upon the land from the date of entry. 10-3,10-10,10-17,10-24,10-31,11-7/2022
