Adkins Notice For Publication Jonathan Hamby, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators, personal representatives, powers of attorney, and guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Jonathan Hamby, if deceased, whose residences are unknown, and cannot be ascertained with the exercise of reasonable diligence, will take notice that on the 15th day of January, 2023, Remar Properties & Services, LLC, filed a Complaint To Quiet Title to the premises described as follows: Situated in the City of Dayton, County of Montgomery, and State of Ohio, and being 35 feet taken by parallel lines off the East side of Lot Numbered 35785 of the consecutive numbers of lots on the Revised Plat of the said City of Dayton, Ohio. Parcel ID#: R72-69-7-20 The said premises are commonly known as 918 Ferndale, Dayton, OH 45405. The Complaint is captioned Remar Properties & Services, LLC vs. Jonathan Hamby, et al., and was assigned Case No. 2023 CV 00211. The Complaint was filed in the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court, 41 N. Perry, Dayton, OH 45422. The last known address for Jonathan Hamby was 1641 Wyoming Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45206. The object and demand for relief of the said Complaint is to obtain the release the Land Contract between Jonathan Hamby, Buyer, and SFAH, LLC, Seller, which is recorded at File# 2014-00052455, in the Office of the Montgomery County Recorder. Defendants are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of the Notice, which shall be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, or they might be in default and denied a hearing in this case.
