The plaintiff further alleges that a defective Release which releases the assignment of mortgage recorded in Official Record 6615, Page 2058. Said release is recorded in Official Record 7228, Page 520 recorded on September 29, 2003. The Plaintiff demands that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer within twenty­eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever banned from asserting the same for the Complaint to Quiet Title to Real Estate.
