Jones, if living, the unknown administrators, executors, or fiduciaries of her estate, and her unknown heirs, next of kin, spouses, devisees, legatees, creditors, beneficiaries, successors, assigns, and transferees, if any, whose last known addresses are unknown to Plaintiff and cannot be ascertained despite reasonable diligence, shall take notice that on January 9, 2023, Plaintiff, APE Properties, LLC, filed its Complaint in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas at 41 N Perry Street, Dayton, Ohio 45422, seeking to quiet Plaintiff's title to real property located on Heck Avenue in Dayton, Ohio bearing Montgomery County, Ohio Auditor's parcel number R72 10311 0031, being situated in the State of Ohio, County of Montgomery, and City of Dayton, and being situated on Lot Numbered 35130 as found in Montgomery County Auditor's Plat Book 103, Page 11, Index 31.
